I fan-girded on Ben Feiden via instagram after seeing a girlfriend of mine’s fitness journey light up. But strength expert Ben Feiden is very clear when he says he’s “not for everyone,” and I admire that because you know what? I’m not either. With that said, I’m a big advocate that exercise IS for everyone, but like all other things, I suggest tasting the flavors before you land on what feels good. Exercise should actually feel good, maybe not in the moment (depending on your goals), but after at least. And if Ben does anything, he certainly lives his mentality. He works hard, plays hard, and is a straight shooter.
